This is all done very easily! Turn the cheat menu (go to options, hold UP, L1, L2, R1, R2), go in the menu with a question, put ON in front of 1-button fatalities, go out of the menu! That's all!
High puch - BRUTALITY
Low puch - BABALITY
High kick - FATALITY 2
Low kick - FATALITY 1
Block - FRIENDSHIP, or ANIMALITY (I'm not sure)
Run - ANIMALITY, or FRIENDSHIP (I'm not sure)

@KuramaWuff The Aggressor Bar builds up when you damage the opponent and stuff and when it builds all the way it will flash for like 5 seconds and you'll do more damage then usual.

@mtzzero Rain comes standard on the N64 version of the game. The characters that don't appear on the N64 port are Unmasked Sub-Zero, the classic versions of Kano, Kung Lao, Rayden, Goro, Kintaro and Chameleon (the ninja characters put together into one, changing every few seconds). Hope that answers your question!

Rain is finally available for DLC, but they made his primary attacks water rather than being lightning, but he still kicks ass.
