I remember the time i made a blueberry drink years ago with dry non - fat powered milk and blueberries i drank like 50 oz of it in 3 sittings all in one day ...lol LET ME JUST SAY THIS ...I had GAS and it STUNK...lol

whenever i get lots of berries i'll make it into icecream, sorbets or jam and have it with scones, breakfast toast, breads. or dilute it with some water and i'll have a sauce to go with my crepe...
but smoothies are not very healthy, the fruits are obviously but the amount of sugar that we chugged down is bad... :(
sigh... good things can be bad too i guess...

@zodiacza That's why I chose an unsweetened apple juice for this smoothie. No added sugar!
