Hitler murdered and sterilized Jews, and persecuted physically or mentally handicapped people, homosexual people, various other races, and anyone else considered undesirable. He wanted to rid the world of these subhuman entities not worthy to pass their genes to the next generation. Why would anyone say he was wrong in doing so? Wasn't he trying to do a noble thing by allowing the gene-pool to be pruned?
"...in order to ensure optimal survival of our genes..."
@krandaman1 cont- That way you get a Get out of jail free card. See god is bad so what ever I do it's OK. I'm not really bad according to me. I didn't murder someone, I didn't cheat anyone today, etc. Pretty convenient and typical.
@1timby I never said anyone gutted their kid for God. I said I wouldn't want to be friends with someone who was willing, because I think that is disgusting! It was a euphemism for saying "Anyone who thinks like that is a sick fuck" (the person who guts their kid for their god, to be clear). In fact this story *is* in the Bible, do you not know someone who goes by the name of Abraham?
@1timby Making your point? If I broke your argument down into predicate logic and constructed a truth tree it falsifies itself, ie: the conclusion is not related to the premises, you if state premises then say something unrelated like "That means that everyone has to take responsibility for their actions. What a wake up call." without actually linking it back to the premises then the argument fails from the beginning...
@krandaman1 Cont- where is the hate & anguish over the atrocities that happen today? No where because it's just easier to put them on someone else. Typical Christian hater. Something bad happens so it's our fault. Our God let it happen; why did god do that; etc. Just because you don't read the bible & make an attempt to understand doesn't mean that God had a part in your problems. Couldn't be that you had a part in it. No as you would hate to have to take any responsibility.
@krandaman1 When did they gut their kid for God. No where, there hasn't been one incident. Yet you spout your opinions as if they're fact. Again no common sense, so someone told you that & you believe without proof. Yet this very thing happens every day in some countries & they're not Christian. So quit mixing up your very little understanding of Christianity with some of the worlds religions & your unproven belief. Mans atrocities have been going on for years & you just accept them.
@ndzoko
Be that as it may, my point is still valid. If you don't think it applies to Hitler specifically, then let's pretend it is hypothetical.

@krandaman1 Please. this is typical. Instead of trying to make a point you misdirect your response to change the direction of the debate.
