Here's the ultimate irony... Racists love to talk about the low IQ of black people. But when a black man gives an intelligent analysis of how to reduce crime in the black community, a bunch of stupid white people respond with racist comments that can only come from someone with a 2 digit IQ. Ironic, isn't it?

To reduce black crime in America, make a standing offer of $10,000 cash for any black person to get sterilized. For a huge number of crack heads and inner city criminals, this quick cash infusion would be too attractive to pass up. This would actually be a great taxpayer investment, when you consider how much it costs to shelter blacks in prisons, or to support their welfare babies. So the investment would pay off handsomely in less than 20 years.

Reduce black crime by Affirmative Action, and other pro-minority programs? Hmmm...here's the problem with that theory: The black crime rate rose-relative to the white-precisely after the Civil Rights Movement gave blacks more rights than white people. Reduce black crime? Bring back Jim Crow, and maybe even lynching.
