This show was at a really awesome benefit fundraiser for Bahia Street, an organization that funds a school in Bahia for afro-brazilian girls who don't have access to education. Many of the performers were beginners to capoeira and maculele who committed to doing this original choreography solely for this benefit. I think they did a nice job. It was an incredible night and they raised enough money to fund a capoeira class at the school in Bahia. NIce work Grupo Senzala Seattle!!
