He just refines all their ideas into a classy wedding. Most of these women are overflowing with ideas but don't know how to make it work as a wedding. Like he said before, he doesn't want these couples to look back on their wedding day and think "What the hell was I thinking?"

considering that I know someone who just recently got a settlement check, because mutiple doctor's claimed he had disorders that he didn't have. yes, if a doctor was causing more harm than good, i'd yell at him.

@AnakhaSilver you're right i don't watch the show. i don't have time to watch a show that will only serve to irritate me. i still stand by my original statements, my wife would kick his ass if he tried some of this shit, and he probably has a stack of episodes that won't air because they make him look bad.

No one is forcing these women to participate in this show if they don't like the way that David Tutera treats them. They accept it because they are getting thousands of dollars in free services and merchandise that many of them probably couldn't otherwise afford.

Yeah. If he insists on messing with her tattoos, he should have the air-brush artist add to them. Maybe symbols appropriate to the bride and groom's life together. Maybe colorful full sleeves of meaningful tats.
Spider cake? Make the rest of the table go with the theme, but not Halloween. Now THAT would be unique, a reflection of the bride, and take talent. Anyone can say 'no', and give her a cookie cutter wedding. Talent makes her theme look good.
