What Happened To Us? (A Jonas Brothers Love Story) Episode 41

Nathan wasnt going to let Joe win this one. He'd already made him mad enough when he pushed him to get him away from Jen. Now that he'd taken his daughter, he was furious. He ran inside and grabbed the keys of his car and jumped in, going the same direction Joe had.

**With Joe and Jen**

Joe was going over 90 MPH, and he was scaring the crap out of Jen.

Jen: Joe please slow down
Joe: Do you want him to catch us?
Jen: He's not following us
Joe: Yes he is, I saw him get in his car in the mirror
Jen: (turning around and seeing the tip of her father's volvo come into view) Oh God!
Joe: He's behind us isnt he?
Jen: Yes
Joe: Hold on (turning the wheel sharply to the right, turning onto a road that was nothing but curves)
Jen: Joe you're gonna wreck stop!
Joe: No im not, im trying to protect you
Jen: And you think flying down a steep curvy road at almost 100 miles an hour is protecting me?!?!!
Joe: (taking his foot off the gas, going down to about 60) There
Jen: Thank you
Joe: Crap (slamming on his brakes as he saw the road dead end ahead of them)
Jen: Now what?
Joe: (looking around, not seeing a way out other than the way they had already come) There's no way out
Jen: What about that way (pointing the way they'd come from)
Joe: Because he probably saw us come through here
Jen: You mean he's....
Joe: (seeing the sunlight glint off something in his rearview mirror)
Jen: (turning and seeing her father speed up behind them, stopping too close to the bumper of Joe's car)
Joe: Stay here
Jen: But Joe-
Joe: Just stay Jen (kissing her) I love you
Jen: (sighing as he got out)
Nathan: Give her back, now
Joe: No, she's not going with you
Nathan: She's my daughter, I'm the one with custody over here, not you. I can have you thrown in jail for kidnapping
Joe: See if I go
Nathan: You would if the police showed up on your doorstep
Joe: You wont call the cops on me, cuz you know she needs to be with me
Nathan: (shoving Joe to the ground) Get out of my way (going up to Joe's car and opening the door) You're coming with me (grabbing her arm and pulling her out of his car)
Jen: JOE!!
Joe: (sitting up and feeling a stream of blood running down his forehead where his head hit the gravel) JEN!!
Nathan: (locking his arms around Jen, not letting her go) Its time to go home
Jen: I DONT WANNA GO HOME WITH YOU!!
Joe: Jen! (reaching for her hand)
Jen: (seeing his hand outstreched for her and grasping on to it)
Joe: (quickly sliding his arm around her lower waist and pulling her out of her dad's arms, placing her into his arms instead)
Jen: (throwing her arms around his neck and clinging to him tight)
Joe: (sliding his arms around her, protecting her from her father, who was trying to take her back)
Nathan: Hand her over, and no one gets hurt
Joe: Thats a lie, she'll get hurt if I give her back, no way am I letting that happen
Nathan: Im not gonna hurt your precious little girlfriend, now, give her back
Joe: I said no
Jen: (feeling something drip onto her hand. She looked down and noticed the wet red blood mark that had gotten on her arm. She glanced up at Joe and noticed the blood running down his forhead) Joe you're bleeding
Joe: I know, Im fine, dont worry about me
Nathan: See he said not to worry about him, so just come with me
Joe: That wasnt an invitation for her leave
Nathan: (scowling at Joe and walking back to his car)
Jen: (knowing that her dad wasnt giving up yet, and wondering what he was about to do)
Nathan: (reaching into the glove compartment of his car, pulling out the pistol he kept with him in his car)
Jen: (gasping when she saw the shiny metal in his hands, knowing what it was)
Joe: What?
Jen: He's got his gun
Joe: (shooting his glance back up at her father, seeing the gun in his hands)
Nathan: (pointing the gun at Jen) I mean it, give her back
Joe: You wouldnt shoot her, she's your daughter. I wouldnt let you anyway
Nathan: I believe Im the one with the weapon here
Jen: Joe just let me go
Joe: No, he'll kill you
Jen: I'd rather it be me than you
Joe: No, stay with me, please
Nathan: Get in the car Jennifer
Jen: Im sorry Joe
Joe: Jen please, you'll get hurt
Jen: I know I will
Joe: (seeing the fear in her eyes) I cant let you go
Nathan: Let me help you then (grabbing Jen's arm and pulling her away)
Jen: (letting her hand slip out of Joe's as she pulled away)
Joe: JEN DONT DO THIS TO YOURSELF!! I LOVE YOU TOO MUCH TO SEE YOU GET HURT!!!
Jen: (letting her tears fall as she got into her dad's car)
Nathan: (flashing Joe an evil smirk as he got into his car)
Joe: (taking off for Nathan's car)
Nathan: (speeding off, making the car throw gravel at Joe)
Joe: (watching him fly down the road, taking his girlfriend away from him)

He ran to his car and grabbed his phone, going through the contacts and going to a name he rarely saw anymore, going to it and sending a text message

Joe: (text) I need ur help, please
