Oh shit I forgot, I was confusing when Pacino (michael) chastised Fredo, which this is mimicking, with when Brando (Don Corleone) chastises Sonny for talking out loud when meeting another family boss. Both these scenes were pacino!

Well he doesn't sound exactly like either, really he sounds like a blend, which fits since that quote and the end scene they honor here are done, respectively, by brando and then pacino. haha classic either way.
