  • you cant put a burbell in any stable corner and do the workout.

  • You can do them with a dumbbell.

  • yes these are really good. I have one in my garage gym at home, excellent for developing core stability as mentioned. got it from wolverson fitness not too long ago

  • Newengland72.. This is not meant to be a shoulder exercise.. Its a core anti-rotation/anti-lateral flexion exercise used to develop core stability..

  • I know it's a compound movement, but specifically, what shoulder muscles does this hit?
