Gateway MD7826u notebook review

The video was taken using a Canon PowerShot SD700 IS digital camera, and I know the close-ups got a bit blurry.

Does it have touch media controls on the side? How is Gateway customer service? I've been looking at this for awhile and for the cost to benefit ration it seems like the best deal.

It has some touch media buttons along the right side of the keyboard - play, stop, FF, rewind, and volume control. Personally, I could only get the volume control one to actually do anything.

This was a review unit, so I can't really say how Gateway customer service is. I never used them.

My gateway batter y is messed up and when it gets charged up to 100% a red light comes on... can you help me figure out how to fix it? i have the same laptop you showed in the video so i thought u might know and also if i have to get a new battery do you think it would be covered by the 1 year warranty?

I got mine to run Half Life 2 episode 1 and 2 just fine/ Just do all the upates for direct x. Runs doom 3 fine also/ This has ati hd 3200 not what ever he see in he video but oh wel
