@ChrisBelback The scars on his face are the result of discoid lupus erythematosus, a type of Lupus that affects the skin, resulting in the classic Lupus "butterfly rash" across the cheeks, and nose. Discoid Lupus can manifest anywhere on a persons' skin, and can lead to scarring and hair loss in some cases. Most people with discoid lupus are sun sensitive, and must take precautions to avoid sun exposure. Michael Jackson suffered both from vitiligo and discoid lupus erythematosus.

i LOVE seal! he is absolutely wonderful. he has a distinctive voice and i have followed him for years and all his songs are so meaningful to me. He is wonderful and his music reflects how i think he is as a person. Beautiful seal. u never stop amazing me!
