This past weekend, Jo and I ventured down south to Jeonju and the Korean Food Festival. There, we had the chance to sample several different types of kimchi, various kinds of street foods, and some fermented goodness.

  • Haha.. Kimchi is not stand alone food. :)

    Usually Kimchi should be eaten with other plain foods.

  • @nachtnite This was a food festival, so they were showing the different regional kimchi types.

  • All that food looked awesome. Your food videos are some of my fave on Youtube, particularly the coffee videos. Been to Japan several times and I hit all the different coffee house chains there. Have you visited Japan?

  • i want to try the big mandu ( not th edumpling, but the bun with filling inside) sadly, I cannot make myself understood at my local asian market. I ask for mandu and they give me dumplings. I see large buns but they call them jao-ji? (sp?) anyway- what am I doing wrong?
