  • Dont use wax paper use parchment paper get it from any kitchen supply store local mall or grocery store wax paper will leave a funny taste and leak badly and u dont really need the stock itll do its own thing in the bag

  • He is ruining the Salmon. So many spices, and herbs will mask the natural flavour of the fish. All you need is a little salt and pepper, but as it's a French receipt what can you expect. They tend to over do everything.
