Notice that he never denied it outright. He implied his denial, but rather than saying 'that's simply not true' he loosly cited his record. That is definitely distancing language.

?Cutting costs on health 'care' much of which of course may be worthless is NOT eugenics, is it. It has nothing to do with genetics, as these people have already had kids. Can't these fucking Americans grow up about Hitler and Jewish liars?

I don't know those stats - but I've been reading a book called "The Creature from Jekyll Island" which tells the story of the Federal Reserve. The author explains how the Fed, the IMF and the World Bank ensnare Third World countries into debt via "foreign aid" programs.
Also there is a book called "White Man's Burden" which explains how foreign aid actually does nothing to help people in the Third World and probably even hurts them.
