What can a mother do about a narcissistic son?
-
@laurieAable not a good idea because narcissists might resort to extreme actions. And considering he is delusional, its going to be EXTREEEME.

Any ideas how to deal with a Narcissist on a full blown smear campaign?

Thanks for the reply- If I am not supply I am competition, this is exactly what people are telling me that I am competition which makes no sense because What are we competing for? She has now launched a smear campaign of lies trying to turn people against me, luckily people that know me do not believe it but I am sure there are some who may. Every insult that she gave to me she told people I said it to her? I pray this will stop! She watches every move I make

@laurieAable if you're not supply, you're competition. And they will try to take you down in any way they can. Don't let it get to to you.

@laurieAable I think it depends on how valuable on the whole you are as narcissistic supply. Sometimes it doesn't matter to them so much if you criticize them as long as you serve some purpose or role that they have determined. You might even find that despite the hell they raise when criticized, they will "forget" about it the next day and expect everything to be normal, ie you serving them somehow. Remember it's all a game to them, and they think it's same way to you. If you're not supply....

In my opinion, also an incest survivor - that father, "George" was a creepy man and my money is on the little child being his. That all the venom went to Casey alone, should make the Nancy Grace's of this world hide under a rock. Don't get me wrong, Casey deserved it, too - but she hadn't been raping her own child.

So sorry for your loss. Keep up your strength - saving yourself would be in a way, honoring your brother and mother. Peace.

These videos are incredible! Thank you! I only objected, as a spiritual person, to one of them - where you bunched All non-scientific communities to mean they are mindless polyannas and get preyed on by Narcissists! Shame to lose such a cross-section of the community! Otherwise, you've done the human race a great service by posting these videos, Sam. Thank you!

Dear Sam,
I just realized something and I don't know who else to turn to. I have to do an article for my journalism class and I need an interview with the President of my School's teachers union. I sent him an email for info in the past, but I have aspergers and suspect I may have been unintentionally rude. Twice when I've gone to interview him, he's had to leave, and the second time I saw him go back after I left. Is there any way for me to get back in his good graces? I really need this grade
Anything that the narcissist THINKS he hears that he doesn't agree with or understand is considered an assault, an attack, criticism. They are addicted to being the victim.

Very good, Sam. It is somehow comforting to know that someone knows this and is able to verbalize it. I was unable to put it into words. If I tried, no one understood what I was talking about. It is not like there is a "12 step" program for survivors of narcisists.
