Gibo would have protected GMA and continued on the same path where mahina ang military natin dahil sa kurakot. at least with PNOY may mga newer equipments tayo. i used to be for Gibo but i guess i now think PNOY was a good choice for president.

masyado kayong negative. Philippine Marine capabilities are almost at par with the US since we use the same equipment today- LARC and LAV din ang gamit nila. Kayong pinoy gusto niyo lagi dinodown ang bansa natin. Mga tagalog ganiyan talaga ang ugali

@nagmashdriver I thought siren is prohibited according to P-not?

TO THE PHILIPPINE LAW MAKERS - Amend the NATIONAL DEFENSE ACT 1935. Provide a law to protect the Rank and File of AFP, most of them now are college graduate. To dismiss an Enlisted it only requires the signature of the Commanding Officer. To dismiss the Officer it requires the signature of the President. The PNP has their NAPOLCOM, the government employee has their Civil Service Commission. What about the rank and file of AFP what agency protects them?

si Gibo?
Why the sirens????

To warn other vehicles. The LARC is heavy and slow to react. Notice that even with the sirens a motorcycle cut into the convoy and zipped in front of the LARC.

Like I keep posting here, research first before you post. The LARC-V is still used by the US navy, as well as a lot of other militaries around the world. We use it for disaster relief work because of its amphibious capabilities. The biggest problem with the armed forces is that it has too many naysayers and civilian "experts" LIKE YOU who do not bother to know the facts and immediately dismiss any effort at making the armed forces better.

these amphibious trucks, I rode to one of them in boston, they use these ones for the tourist and museum. Kakaawa naman tayo. Kung yung pork barrel ba eh nilagay na lang sa gamit at sweldo ng mga sundalo eh mas makikita pa ang effect sa lipunan

You rode a World War 2 DUKW with Duck Tours. DUKWs are entirely different, much older vehicles. LARCs such as the ones in the PMC are still in the US military's inventory. Please do some research first before you make judgments.
