First, I have called unemployment, stood on hold for about 90 minutes, and got my case reopened after answering a few quick questions, all of which I had answered on the automated system. That isn't the nightmare. The nightmare is this loop... Internet claims tells me to call. The call center recommends that I use the internet system. It also hangs up on me.
Quick note, After about 4-5 tries on the telephone call system, it seems they finally have this fixed, and Option 1 lets me enter my Social Security number and information. They really need to get someone who knows what they are doing.
