A modular programme aimed at improving your fitness and confidence level while providing a healthy alternative in reducing stress. In a positive and enriching environment, leadership qualities are strengthened and new friendships can be developed. Through this holistic and balanced approach to martial arts training, SSA focuses on the development of the body, mind and spirit.

From an objective perspective, there is more to martial arts than the teaching of fighting skills. More importantly, it aims at improving physical fitness, discipline, focus and self-confidence.

Most martial arts classes are conducted similar to a student-teacher setting in schools. Our unique structures and formalities of martial arts training instil discipline and respect within oneself. The benefits of martial arts are numerous.
