  • My family have began eating this way....the food is so filling in small portions, you cannot pig out on it. and a few glasses of red wine a day, 2-4, seem to have a good effect

  • you need fat to burn fat, and saturated fat is not bad for you.

  • American food can be good too, US people should just take more time to eat and stop shitty eat like snickers or other. You cannot be sick if you do sport between 8 and 16 years. Dietetic eat is shit. There is no secret. I'm 25, i've never been in a fast food since 2 years...

  • Its bc the french eat , fresh , unprocessed food and the wine . My step father is french and I have eaten like the french my whole life . As an wife and mother , I still cook that way .Granted I am fat (a size 18 and very happy with that :0) , which is in my jeans from my mothers side , but Im in exceptional health (which the surgeon general now backs up .That one can be healthy at any size ) . Almost all we eat , we grown or hunt/fish ourself . Processed = BAD !

  • No more milk with dinner for me.

  • Shit, I always have a glass of milk with dinner lately. I'm not putting on weight by any means, but this video has me a little concerned. I'm going to go easy on the milk in the future. Water or wine from now on.

  • Lol: We want to export wine...

The secret: no snack, no "fast Food", no sodas, lot of fish, 3 meals a day, eating mindfully etc...

2 best example for food: Crete, japan...

  • I like fatty French cheese

  • This paradox proves that saturated fats are at worst unimportant as a cause of heart disease and at best healthy food. As little saturated fats as we eat in America, and as much as they eat in France, they should be dropping dead all over the place due to atherosclerosis. But they don't! If saturated fats cause heart disease, many many more French would have heart disease due to their copious consumption. Satutated fats are good for you! The French Paradox proves it!

  • Don't use it as an excuse to guzzle down wine at frat partys.
