A Heartfelt,Sincere Warning about Ambien

This was a hard video to make. I didn't want to make it,but when I seen all the videos online making ambien out to be a fun drug, I knew I had too! I see no other videos telling the other side of the drug, well here is the first, I guess.

My god, it's a good thing I am watching this. I have been under tremendous stress latery and wake up every hour during the night. Waking up very tired. I never take any drugs of any kind, prescription or over the counter. Yesterday I saw the doctor and wanted the sleep study done, instead he gave me Ambien, I was weary of it but took it last night, I was restless, anxcious and didn;t sleep well. Go to the video, "Steve Martin on Internet Poker," and he's telling David Letterman about an experience he had while on Ambien. Another blackout thing like you had. Why is this drug so easily distributed if it's so lethal? So scary!

All you were trying to do was to get a night when you could sleep. Living with ME/CFS is hell - you either lie awake all night with restless legs, or you are crashed out with the sweats.I don't take any meds for sleep, but I think so many of us have to because it is so depressing not being able to sleep night after night. You are an amazing lady bringing up your family, and have nothing to feel guilty about as you are an inspiration to them and to us all.xxxx

Im sorry as well you went through that.... this is one reaseon i dont take "Any" sleep aides.... I just rough it...... Im sure this will help someone ... bless ya hun. :)
