SOP(standard operating procedure) is that pepper spray is used at lengths of no closer than 6 inches as it could damaged the eyes with a needle like effect, similar to air canisters.

Occupy Tulsa is a joke...In the two days that have elapsed since my first report, the thread regarding the vigil at the Tulsa jail has disappeared completely from their facebook page. One of those threads contained a VERY critical statement from the daughter of the man murdered by the subject of OT's vigil. Wonder if that will show up on Olbermann's show?
