Steel balls pay tribute to the altar by taking turns powering a brass propeller during their descent into their troughs. (My machines are whimsical celebrations of mechanical movement, in which I’ve combined engineering, fine craftsmanship, and the visual aesthetics of the past to create something unique that feels right to me. Please visit my website to see much more: www.mechanicalcuriosities.com. I also have a shop on Etsy under the seller name MechanicalCuriosity.)
