[ L E T i t B E ] Speaking words of wisdom...

The pony is Rhumba. The rider is my sister.
DO NOT CRITIQUE HER RIDING.
She is 15 years old and has been riding for 8 years. This is HER pony. We have had him since he was 2. Rhumba does not spook. He is slow. She must carry a whip and wear spurs at shows. He is lazy and a big ol' butt. He does not like to close his mouth. So she bought him a flash noseband bridle. He HATED it. She knows how to ride him and she is a good rider. (M, if you see this, yes, I am in fact complimenting you) Type gingerbread if you read all this. His buck is harsh and nasty and his trot is bouncy. I used to ride him. He has a tough mouth. He got over the noseband fast enough and finally dropped his head (see the third clip)

SO NO CRITIQUING. Or I will give your comment a thumbs down, mark it as spam, and then delete it.

On a happier note... OMG don't you love the colours?!!?!!?!?!?!11!!?!?1 I was going to do black and white but then discovered overexposed then added red light on top of that and OMG -dances and jigs and bounces insanely- I freakin love these colours!!!!!! -passes out from excitement-

OMG nothing on my computer like this video O.o I had to render it into almost 20 different pieces. The I put all the pieces into SV7 and mushed them together, rerendered, then uploaded into WMM and saved it as a WMM file and attempted to convert it in RealPlayer SP Converter to see which was faster (WMM won by an hour O.o) This video took way too much time out of my life for as little as I actually spent editing it. Oy vay. I would have just uploaded the AVI file but that would have take FIVE FLIPPING HOURS to upload. -faints-

Oh, and apologies for the crappy quality at the end. I had to SEVERLY lighten the video in SV to even remotely match the quality of the beginning videos so... yup.

ON A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NOTE:
My mom hauled us to TMF today and M's friend Jenna tagged along and rode Rhumba as well but while she wasn't riding she got two decen videos of me jumping Frazier over a three jump "course" of about 2 feet. They were all nice jumps and my EQ has improved but there's still a lot of improvement needed. If Frazier and I have more days like today, we should be constantly at 2'6" by my birthday! (March 26th FYI) And then all the shows start around March and April so YIPPEE.
I'm going to get into lessons again and I might start going to the gym with my mom to build up some muscle and I'm going to work on slenderizing my calves since I have these MASSIVE 18" around calves and most show boots go no bigger than 16" (the largest I found at Dover Saddlery was a mens 12 at 17 7/8"... nope)
So I'm looking into yoga moves (or I will be soon) since I don't need calf muscles... I just need the calves smaller and more like a dancer than a football player. Or a fatty. Like me...
