  • WOW- what nonsense! You mean I can activate GMed in a non-weight bearing, open kinetic chain position? You mean TFL will stay quiet and not infact INHIBIT GMed? You mean TFL will not shear across the ipsilateral SIJ and irritate it? Please do a little reading before you post your 'wisdom'. Start with Mark Commerford's or Alison Grimaldi's work, at least give yourself a chance to seem as though you know what you're talking about!
