Toyota Supra MK3 2JZ GT47 maxed out Dyno at 7000 RPM :)

Our 1000+hp Supra's first dyno session. There was not enough traction below 5th gear, so we had to measure the car in 5th. At near 7000rpm the dyno reached the 200km/h maximum speed limit :( Next time we take a drag wheel with us, and try to measure the power of the 2JZ in 3rd or 4th gear :) The car is surely more then 1000hp in this condition, but we have to improve the iginition system go higher than 30psi.

@SairousClaou Wuold be good, but there is no such dyno here and I don't want to travel much for dynoing. So next time we will i prove traction on the dyne here, and we will measure the car with much more boost and rpm. I hope I can get more then 1100hp. Your Supra looks also good :) Happy to see another car with big hp Supra engine!

Take your supra to a dynapack dyno that measures HP to the hubs (whp) if

you have traction problems... This is what I am going to do. I am located in Greece

and I run a GT72 turbo on my 2jzmk3.
