Modeled after the 2010 HGTV dream home. It's as accurate as I could make it with the tools in the Sims 3, but not exactly identicle. Mainly just for looks (it's absolutely gorgeous), but if you want to used it for your Sims, you may need to make some minor tweaks and fixes to make some items functional.
