@Nintendorulez I don't know but I'm sure it was possible. I've just been looking for hacks and I found this thinking there might be one. I don't normally look at the upload dates, it doesn't really matter too much in this case.

visual boy advance, has a device to add codes (gameshark addon thingy) and I put codes in)
