Thats because it's for english speaking audiences, like Alja Zeera(sp?) is middle eastern and African news, but it has a site/channel in english and arabic because english is a common well know language and they have an international audience. RT American is on TV in the US some places. They have their own Russian news channels to, but the english is for the international news.
