Colt, despite its high production values, has always been into a Palm Springs/Liberace look. Even in the good hair decade (70s) the old queen who ran Colt was greazing his models' hair back...totally ruining a lot of incredible men with that sleazy 'coiffed' look. And it's obvious that mature men with intact beards/facial hair, were/are considered a fetish item. Even though the majority of the buying public goes nuts over the natural look...the pornographers keep turning out the BARBIE BOYS.

Unfortunately it's obvious what type of person has been put in charge of photography at those companies. I'm sure he is a dough face, spray tanned 40 year old that thinks the barbie boy look is what everyone wants. Sad really. but other plastic 40 year olds must love it if revenues are still rolling in.

Glad you agree. And more recently another studio found two REAL COLLEGE WRESTLERS...but after the plucking, the shaving, the lip color, and the eye makeup, the dudes looked like they were ready to put on Dotted Swiss puffydresses, and trot onstage at the Little Miss Farm Bureau Pageant. I mean how DUMB! By some miracle, you persuade two REAL COLLEGE WRESTLERS to bone up in front of a camera... exactly what most guys want to see...and then you make them look like tomorrow's trannys? WHY?

You would think that Colt would learn from the success of models like Carlo Masi, and the absolute idol status of Pete Kuzak, and stop it with the manscaping, the eyebrow arching, and the makeup. Men wearing makeup look like there's something wrong with them. And there is: THEY'RE WEARING MAKEUP! When I want to look at naked women, I buy Playboy. By the time the 'stylists' get through with them, these guys look like drag queens.
And l wish Colt wouldn't 'style' the guys' hair, either.
