How strange that the PEOPLE of UNION NW has run a superior operation for the last 20 years!
Anderson will say that about any company that pays him tens of millions of pay (from employee paycuts).
That's why he brags about "Best in cost" employees.. (Code for CHEAPEST COMPENSATED)

well I've flown on several Delta's and I have yet to witness staff that actually look or act like they care about the passengers. From what I have seen the air about Delta is to stuck up. Only exception was one lady out of Dayton who went out of her way and above and beyond with kindness. This airline has always been my mothers and grandmothers favorite but certainly not mine.

I love this video. I love this airline and I hope they keep that rotten to the core Union out of there forever. Delta F/A's are so kind, nice, wonderful, caring. I just love every trip I take with them and I never want that to change.

@ chriscolumbianyc . . . It is absolutely almost impossible to get fired at Delta. We have some of the most egregious characters working here, folks who should never have even been allowed to enter the employment office, are a pain in the rear end to work with, are written up constantly by co-workers and, guess what, they are still here!

I've flown on NWA and Delta, no comparison Northwest was far far superior in all aspects. This video is sickening! As a non-Union Delta flight attendant, you can be fired and any time for any reason with of without cause. Is that respect? Moreover, who said anything would change regarding the so called "culture" if you have a respectful written contract. If Delta cared, they would put it in writing, not just talking about it. An employee is hired to fill a position to serve that companies customers. Employees are there to help the company maximize profits. Northwest was purchased by Delta for a reason. Northwest could not sustain the demands of its unions and be a viable company.
A company has a responsibility to its owners to earn a profit. Delta attributes its success from being NON union.
When a company takes care of its employees its employees take care of their company.

Wish you where right BUT NWA went smoke free on all its Domestic flights in 1988, 7 years ahead of Delta and on most of its international flights 1994
except some flights to Asia but then completely shortly there after
Delta was only totally smoke free a few months longer NWA
The Teamster FA Union at that time at NWA helped put a stop to smoking on flights

I have been working for the Flight Attendant group and under a Union for over 20 years and most of the work rules that keep you safe and FAA regulations that cover your ass you can thank a Union for
Pensions, Safety,your Pay
if the Union had not put those on the table you would have never been paid as much as you do Poor Poor fly girl red blinded by those rose colored glasses you wear you only have what you got because of other Unions and you leech off of our progress
