  • you can also do this with paint to get your base color at the same time

  • Cool.

    Get a giant roll of white crepe paper at a party supply place and just use a mini roller and elmers white glue.

    Surface will be sealed with a durable sheen so you can then apply anything you want. Oil, watercolor, acrylic, etc.
