  • oh ya and i know for a fact that john stamos was not pluged in

  • ok whatever faggot. And if ur dad really does play with them then u wouldn't be hating on john stamos who is a very long time friend if the beach boys.

  • That song is just beautiful. Perhaps the most beautiful song ever. Solid job from John Stamos, but not so good like Carl or Denny Wilson.

  • yeah i agree. but he did a pretty good job considering who he had to make up for

  • OMG!! i was there!!! i couldnt belive he was there!!

  • i know!!! i was so suprised and so happy!!!! i was so glad i brought my video camera

  • I'm taken away by this. I had no idea that John Stamos was so talented. Acting, drums, singing... What else can this dream of a fellow do? He needs to be recording music.

  • Crap video, I hear more jabbering than his singing...

  • @ssn90 beggers cant be choosers

  • and just as a sidenote, today would have been Carl's 65th birthday. Raise a glass.

  • A fabulous, fabulous song! And not at all a bad job considering this is not the golden lineup.

Quite a shame there appear to be no proper recordings of the boys playing this one live back in the day.

Would love to hear some decent recordings of them playing in the late 80s and beyond, namely between "Beach Boys '85" and Carl's untimely passing.

  • @ssn90 I think it's funny all the people that were yaking during the performance stopped at the end to applaud.

  • jeez he acts, sings, drums, plays guitar, and keyboard, plus on top is a very handsome guy

  • @thebeachboys Was Carl and Dennis even alive during the time of this performance? I do not dislike Stamos but even putting his name next to the likes of the Wilson brothers is utterly ridiculous. Carl and Dennis {and especially Denny} were two of a kind. If you add Brian into the mix you have the greatest brother unit to ever work in a band in the history of music. No comment on Mike Love's rendition of the Beach Boys. I guess adding Stamos made it a full house.

  • never heard of him

  • @yurfavoriteahmed

i think so.you know after some of the editing. if they did that?
