I lived in Britain for 2 years and I never remember it snowing like that. Now, I live in Missouri and it snows all that time lol.

I'm from Canada, and this is amusing to me. We would never close any schools or have transportation delays over such a small amount of snow :)

lol.. i see what you mean... but in the UK, this is considered huge cause we dont really get snow over here. so i guess thats why the whole city came to a halt. we should have been more prepared though because we had enough warnings. lol
