I'm not saying that Justin Bieber is an adult. I'm saying the topic is an outside-reference to the real world, when Disney usually shouldn't do that.
When you mention Lady Gaga in a kid's show for example, you're mentioning sex, rumors of hermaphrodilia, drugs, and other things that Lady Gaga would be associated with, even if she isn't.
Plus Justin Bieber's a teenager.
