This video shows Wudang Daoist monk and traditional martial artist Zhou Xuan Yun performing Wudang Mountain's Tai Yi Daoist Sword form at MIT's Chinese New Year Celebration 2010.

From ancient times, Wudang Mountain has earned prestige for its sword practices. The different Wudang sword forms, which include (Tai Yi Daoist Sword , the Eight Immortals' Sword form, and Taiji sword) all come together to form the Wudang style of swordplay. Wudang sword is similar to the other martial arts practiced on the Mountain. All are internal style, which avoid direct clashes with the opponent and instead relying on quickness and rounded movements that capture the opponent's force and momentum. When practicing with the sword, you must moving your body in uninterrupted spirals while your movements change height. Rounded movements circularize the incoming force, so that it is returned to the opponent.
