message i think hes trying to get through is how hard it is to basically survive, he did live in Liverpool which when he was a kid a really poor place to live in and hes saying if your in the Working Class then you basically made it. But just becuase your in the Working Class doesnt make you Rich becuase yours still Poor and you will do whatever it takes to make it to the Top but you need to follow everyone else. but would you really still want to be Poor then to be like The Folks on The Hill?
