the front brakes on my bike are totally out of place. one of them is solid against the rim and the other is very far from the rim. no matter how much i play with the adjustments, nothibng changes. im about to toss my bike off a cliff.

@maravalhassilva well on my disk brakes, there is a little red knobby thing that you turn towards the rotor. i dont need any tools, just my fingers to adjust the brakes.

There isn't a single video on youtube that explains how to do the same shit in a disk brake.
There are like 99999 videos explaining how to do that to a V-BRAKE but no one says how to do that in a disk brake

Find the make and model of your brake and search for the tech document on-line or ask for it at your LBS. It will contain directions on installation and adjustment.
