  • this workout you do it 2 ore 3 time a week=?=

  • @vingtsung1 Hey V, You can do this workut 3X per week or yuo can do this Spartacus workout on Monday and choose 2 others to put some variety into your training. One for W and another for F - Spartacus workout 1 - Monday - spartacus Blood and Sand - Wednesday and Spartacus Midnight Express - Friday for example

  • Hi, nice workout but quick question. Your video says to do this 3 rounds, but your pdf workout says do it 2 rounds "Take a 15 second rest and move to next exercise within that time, and rest for 2 minutes after you’ve completed 1 circuit of all 10 exercises. Then repeat one more time."

    Can you clarify? Thanks@

  • @thesaintjim Sure, because it was week 1, I wanted people to ease into the program by doing it for 2 rounds, but yuo can gauge your fitness and go 3 if you want. But at least 2 rounds - Funk

  • wow awesome take on the spartacus workout. I've been doing the one originally released by men's health and there have definitely been results but this is even better. I can't wait for monday to try out your 4 week challenge. Props on the hardcore intervals, feeling the pain inbetween on those 15 second rests is all too familiar :P

  • @teethr33 Awesome Teethr33 and good luck - Check out the blog for more spartacus workout that you can supplement with the ones in the program. - Funk

  • I know this workout must be tough , Seeing u struggle through some of the routines . Now its my turn to rip it up .. thanks funk, u the man .

  • @teethr33 Ok, I see. How long did u see results? And if i wanna tone up and lose some body fat, do you think i should do it?

  • @Manggg16 well I didn't take any measurements so its hard to quantify but my overall fitness got much much better and I definitely built muscle just from looking at myself. Particularly shoulders arms and chest you will start to see better definition after a few weeks. I also noticed that certain everyday things became much easier like when you have to squat down for something at the bottom of a shelf at the grocery store you will be rock solid no wobble or trembling of the legs at all.
