what class 87 is this
-
i am looking at buying one of these. apparently you can also add lighting and the noise of the mk3 coaches! amazing what you can get these days .....pricey at around 150 with the loco but worth the money than a 50 loco that just goes back and forth with no lights or sound etc...

I might invest in an electric. It still sounds good even with the rubbish sound quality.

@itgamer100 to be honest I can't remember if this is the Hornby or Lima 87. The one im selling on Ebay is the Hornby one but it won't be with the sound chip cheers

Superb thanks for posting! I've now purchased 2 class 87's and 2 class 86's all i need now is the sound! :)

lol, I hope you have deep pockets, the sound chips are around £100 each. Seriously though, once converted to the dark side of sound, there is no going back! Id rather have 2 sound locos than 10 non-sound locos.

Yea, I think they will sell like hotcakes. I know plenty of people who need 5 minumum, hopefully can remotor a lot of the older stock too. Res 86, NSE, Sector 86's etc
