I've read the study. There are too many holes in it for it to be complete. How can this guys model encompass the huge scope of job losses, increased energy costs, or investment cost to comply. Also, NO ONE has stated how the "caps" would be derived or computed. This study does not address that either.

When your community crumbles around you do to jobs moving to China and India since they do not cap Co2 I guess you can go to your savior Barack.

My electric rate with a normal provider is $0.11 per kwh. The "green" alternative is $0.17 per kwh. I use around 24000 kwh per year. Do the math.... $1440 per year, and that only takes into account my electricity use. It doesn't take into account the increase in goods due to their increase in electricity rates ALONE. Don't forget to factor in gasoline and diesel costs. Do some freaking math and have some common sense!!!
