  • For those that think it's ridiculous to carry a gun in church, tell that to that pastor in Illinois that got killed while conducting church services, that abortion doctor that was blown away at church ( George Tiller), etc.

Kudos to the pastor for not being scared of public opinion.

  • I used to live near this church (about 12 minutes away). I grew up in the Valley Station area and I agree with this Pastor. The more good guys out there carrying weapons, the better.

  • @amitdahiya My pastor is a good person, and he would never bash anybody. I went to New Bethel all 10 years he was there, and he never once foul-mouthed anybody; he is respectful and accepting of everyone - and this is all coming from an Atheist girl, who doesn't even like church/christianity. He's just an all-around good guy and I'd hang with him any day! Don't judge people if you don't know'em ;)

  • you make your country a laughing stock.

  • my father has been preaching on this topic!

  • Right on Brother !

  • The audio isn't synched with the video, why?

  • I am all for the 2nd amendment and I myself have a pistol and a license to carry open or concealed here in GA, but I dont agree with bringing a weapon inside a church or any religious or holy ground. Why are they doing this. Its not like we are in the middle of in an invasion by the Chinese or Russia. Going to church is for worship and respect to God. Not to idolize your ambitions and to flaunt them.

  • It might prevent a few.. maybe.. but more than likely it will be the cause of some because it didn't work for one reason or another.

Second, how did he exactly get YOUR gun? He pulled it from my LOCKED holster? And how did he do that? If for some reason we did get into a struggle over it I would just let him have it (after all he has to learn how MY gun fires which gives me time), and by that time I have pulled my backup out and he is toast.
