Harry POV - he's seeing his life throughout the years with the shadow of Voldemort over his shoulder all the time and slowly feels like he's becoming just like him.

Dark Lord's POV: With his mind connection to Harry he's doing everything he can to pull on his emotions more than he ever could've dreamed, twisting him and using his mind to eventually cause him to lose his sanity and slip away into death, as he has given up with Voldemort leaning over his lifeless body with a malicious smile...

^_^ thank you so much for your comment, I love BreakingBenjamin and this is one of my faves by them however I think all their songs are great, I just felt like I had to use this one, glad you like it, but I think my 'Harry Potter - Fading' one is better than this :S thanks for faving it :D
