  • when i know when the wax is ready??

  • @juicyj619 When you put a popcycle stick in it and it is the texture of like elmers glue, or paste or a little runnier. Don't get it too hot though, you don't want to burn yourself! :D Hope that is helpful, and let me know how it goes!

  • does all the hair come off first try?

  • @megstermcmuffin it all depends on a lot of things, how thick the hair is, how deep rooted it is, how good of quality the wax is, lots of things. Usually though if I am waxing my awesome stash, then usually I miss a few hairs, and I just tweez them. No big deal, on my legs or arms though, places that are pretty much flat, yes, about 99.9% should come off and that is after you have done it a few times of course, I mean like getting practice not like waxing the same area a lot. OUCH!

  • @megstermcmuffin Hope that helps, if you don't get it all off just tweeze the ones that remain. No big deal. Waxing is just tweezing that gets bigger areas at once. :) Thanks for the comment and shutfffs! :D

  • @megstermcmuffin Probably not, but there may be very few left, I usually just get most of them off then go back through with tweezers and tweeze the little left over ones out. :) Good luck! let me know how it goes!

  • @Latrice7 Also, after a day or two it will turn a little red and look dry and kind of chapped a bit. Just put some lotion on it and it should heal itself in a week or so. :) Don't be scared of it. I personally can't even tell when I have ripped skin until it turns read a day or so later showing that that top little layer that is thinner than a piece of tissue paper, more like if you put Elmer's glue on your hands and peel it off... if you have ever done that. :)

  • @Latrice7 Thank you!! Nope, it wont scar unless you like rip off the entire top layer lol Which def. won't happen unless you' re using a knife some how or something. it won't I have ripped my own skin tons lol It is much easier to rip your own skin than on other people because it is a lot harder to hold your own skin taught for some reason. :P It will look like how your skin peels after a sunburn or I even mistake it for left over wax sometimes. It def. sounds a lot worse than it is.

  • Hello, great videos! Quick question, if you did rip off skin is this going to leave a scar?

  • @mrchrmedone I would say yes, as long as the canister is the same size, and fits in the slot. But I looked it up and I only found something on ebay saying yes. Nothing else really touched on the subject. Personally I would go for it and try it. If you are going for a hard wax rather than soft it may just take longer to soften and you may still get the island in teh middle. That is probably the only thing I can think of that could happen. Let me know what you do and how it works out!
