you have to go into tools\options\view section from the menu bar from any open folder. "Use simple file sharing" uncheck this box. and the security option will be enable

Uh.. My computer doesn't have the security tab.. and it doesn't have the "Use simple file sharing" thing to uncheck........... What do i do?

Go to control panel. Under Tools, select Folder Options. Go to View. Under Advanced Settings, scroll to the bottom and uncheck Use Simple File Sharing. You should be able to see the security tab now.
