Just like the title say's. Happy(ish) with my form. Still maybye not enough leg drive. Maybye a little too much rest between the last few reps, but pretty happy with this effort. 200x20 here i come!!

  • @ltheone 260x1 is my current best. I havn't done 20 reppers for a long time, and i'm a lot lighter than i was in this vid.

  • Oh Thank-you bro..I found it on youtube and saved it.. :) Reason why I liked it in this workout routine that you did is coincidence or not, when you pick the barbel up off the floor at about a foot or so, it sounds like it is the plates on the bar thats 'clanging' together from the incredible upward force of execution giving that unique sound..I find that really cool and i harness energy and power from that...gets me pumped! Thanks again..keep up the great work.

    I use chucks for deadlifting and there fine. Anytthing with a flat hard sole works well for deadlifts. I prefer to use squat shoes with a slightly raised heel when squating though. I have pretty poor leverage for the squat so the shoes help me a lot. Try both if you can and see which you prefer.

  • @asrsniperx - Yes sir, I know they're Deadlifts. He asked me why I couldn't do Barbell Rows, and I tried to explain why. Sometimes the YouTube comments get mixed up. I agree that jamspastic is the man.
