Otto E. Mezzo discovers some Super-8 film in his freezer and resurrects his old film company to make a new film. In the process cheese puffs explode; Otto flies as a kite; the Company films film un-makers filming filmmakers, rewrites Shakespeare, creates parallel universes with and without hats, writes a film manifesto, and dances with an donkey.

In Part 4 Tal (Robert Cromartie) calls Contra dance, lists philosophy alphabetically, and Otto listens to headphones.
