  • WOW

  • im calling myself the runt.my cousins are 6ft7,6ft6 and 6ft,4.im the runt at 6,3inches and 303lbs.it wasnt meant as an insult.

  • i personally welcome this young man to train at my gym.hell,i will even pay expenses to make sure he gets all the help he wants.but looks to me as if hes doing a damn good job!

  • 8 olympic platforms,33-464lb atlas stones,watson2- 3 inch bars,12 kegs of varying weights,cabers,weight for height etc.ive been training for 27 years.25 of those olympic.my 75 year old dad pulled 430.

  • i own zeaus gym .we specialize in olympic, strongman, powerlifting and scottish heavy event training.my gym was designed to enhance the strength athletes ability to succede.we have 16 power racks,

  • lol. no need to get mad son. there was really no reason for you to insult the 15 year old kid burying nearly 500lbs by calling him a "runt".

  • @ibtarnine anyday, anytime, anyplace .when you can come into my gym and teach me things and outlift me in any lift, then well talk.pansy asses like you are what keep people like him from accomplishing anything.thank the gods he doesnt have a trainer like you,or a mentor for that matter, like you.he would have given up a long time ago.its just a sad world people like you live in .my life speaks for itself.to be blunt, not him or anyone else that wishes to excel in life needs you around.

  • shut up idiot

  • the squat puts stress on the joints.i was taught by jim schmitz[3 time olympic usa coach] not to use wraps of any kind.this will only take away from when we put real stress on them in competition.squatting properly with textbook form is the true way to go.and if hes got a great coach, hell be just fine.im going on 30 years straight of olympic squatting-both front and back.not one single problem ever.my doctor loves the fact that i continue my heavy olympic lifting.hes not typical.he wants more!

  • ill sound like an old fart but if he doesn't look after his joints and what not he ll be burned out in 10 years time train smart or don't train
