i don't understand something, i put around the track (blackwood forward) and get 1:09's all day long, but in this vid you are driving a hell of a lot harder than i am and plus i have no clue how to drive f1 cars. Why is the times different? is it because there are different versions of the game? i think i have the y addition.

Here are 3 possibilities: 1)You are fastest driver in the world (new rec is 1:12:08 by Bawbag, so Rocabiliz was overrun), 2) you are not driving Formula BMW (120 HP) but BMW Sauber (722 HP), 3) you have older version: "due to the changes brought along with patch Y. Cars are slower than in the previous versions of LFS".

For BMW Sauber wr. is 0:53.54 drived by D N B. I hope you will like LFS even thought you find out it needs a lot of training :-)

im in the 14:7's and not consistently using the standard setup. is it just me or do these WR's look totally unrealistic?? you would never see a real world quali lap like that.

@tadej320 On keyboard, that's about as fast as you can go. I've done 1:14.3 once! Usually do 1:15.2 3 on Race_blackwood setup. Never drove it on a wheel until some time ago. Got 1:15 low within 2 laps. It felt that with one day of practice I would do 1:13.

This is the best sim to play with keyboard. You get a LOT of precision on it!
