Three leads of Bristol at Barmouth, Gwynedd, a fine ring of eight (22-0-15 in E). The fine church by the architect John Douglas of Chester is precariously perched on the cliff above the town and was paid for by profits from Worcestershire Sauce, apparently!

  • @simonbellringer These are very nice, a grand old sound. They are a bit loud inside. The tower is absolutely huge, room for plenty more in there!

  • Bell ends I hate these bells they do my head in

  • @yaaiknow then don't live near a church, and don't watch a ringing video, and you won't have your head 'done in'!

  • are these a mears ring. very nice bells

  • @KDowner94 Mears 1891 if memory serves me right. They are very nice indeed if a bit loud. A grand old sound!

  • @timmeh1507 Let's all combine and buy a YouTubers bell (as a treble of 18, to outdo Brum and Perth!!!) Or not.... GOrgeous 8, why ruin them!!! :D

  • Ye can't wait to move away from these bell and having to listen to this crap every Sunday

  • Hmmm.... listen carefully - its probably not necessarily the tenor at fault as theres a lot of erratic striking earlier in the changes. Lovely bells
