YouTube has deliberately monkeyed with this upload.There is no technical excuse for it being blurred.
The markings on the buildings is exactly what people need to see,because when martial law is announced,the different teams need to identify themselves.Somewhat like dogs mark their territory.Tells you who's been there.
Citizen civilians need to know so they don't get shot or interned due to an error of ignorance.
